Jubi Tea & Sweets, an independently owned bubble tea shop, is opening soon in downtown Bethel, CT.  We’re on the lookout for fantastic individuals to join our team.  Part-Time AM positions available for weekdays starting at 10AM.

Experience:

While previous experience as a barista, bartender, or in food and retail is helpful, it’s not required.

Responsibilities:

• Help make Jubi Tea & Sweets a fun exciting environment that brings a little joy to our customers one drink at a time

• Greet customers as they enter

• Take customer orders using POS system

• Making drinks (bubble tea/ slushes/ fruit tea, etc.)

• Brewing tea, cooking boba and restocking inventory

• Comply to the highest food grade safety standards

• Follow health and safety procedures at all times and carry out cleaning duties as required

• Be punctual and support your team mates

Shifts and Compensation:

We offer flexible hours, which may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Expected hours: 20 – 36 per week / 4 hour to 8 hour shifts

• Pay: From $16.00 per hour + tips / Compensation will be based on experience.
